Enjoy a Mallorcan summer in this authentic 19th century estate. In the private chlorine pool, with a size of 5m x 10m and a depth between 1.35m and 2.1m you can cool off whenever you want. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower to remove the chlorine from your skin after swimming. The pool is surrounded by a garden with eight sun loungers and a beautiful terrace with an awning to protect you from the sun. The children find a play area so there is no boredom. A fixed barbecue will delight all chefs who can surprise their loved ones with delicious meats and vegetables from the grill. On the ping-pong table you can challenge your family and friends. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors so they enjoy their privacy and intimacy. The rooms are spread over two floors and 300m2. The interior is tastefully decorated, preserving the authentic and traditional Mallorcan style; with natural stone walls and wooden beams. On the ground floor, we find a living room with satellite television and CD player. The kitchen is very charming and has a gas stove, electric oven and all the essential utensils to cook great dishes. The dining room is open to the kitchen and has plenty of space for ten people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and fan as well as a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are located in one of the bathrooms. Upstairs there is a living room with two sofas, as well as the three remaining bedrooms (two with two single beds and one with a double bed) and a bathroom with a bathtub. The three bedrooms offer a fan and wardrobe and have a comfortable and traditional style. If necessary, we prepare up to two cribs and a high chair. Vilafranca de Bonany is a quiet town in the center of the island, where you can get to know the life of the islanders from the inside. There is a small shop for your basic purchases. In Manacor or Sineu you will find any other type of service, such as larger supermarkets, restaurants or shops. The town easily connects with other places, such as Palma, with its museums, galleries and gastronomic offer, or with Cala Millor with its wide variety of tourist activities or Cales de Mallorca, with its beautiful beaches and coves. Between Vilafranca and Petra, you will find the small mountain called Bonany, not too high, with a beautiful hermitage and, above all, spectacular views over almost the entire island. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
